Consisting of a large central one-storey building with colonnade, surmounted by an attic with round windows, flanked by a left wing terminated by a semi-circular colonnade, and of a right wing without colonnade, presenting a different elevation by paper drop.

The central body is surmounted by statues, and a two-level pyramidal roof topped by a carved group of Apollo on his chariot. The pyramidal development of the roof is hidden by a drop deposited during the restoration but preserved with the drawing.
Can be compared to the work of Jacques-Pierre Gisors.
